Relationship of Parties & Non-Clinical Scope
LeoCore Health, LLC ("Company") provides administrative, marketing, and technology services that help users access independent healthcare providers. The Company does not provide medical care, mental health care, or any other professional health services. All medical evaluations, consultations, and treatment decisions are made independently by licensed practitioners in the Stealth Health network. Prescription medications are prepared and dispensed by independent, US-based, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities. The Company does not direct or control clinical decisions, and clinical recommendations, prescriptions, and medical advice are the sole responsibility of the treating provider. These disclosures are part of and supplement our Terms of Use.
Health Information & Clinical Records
LeoCore Health, LLC operates this informational and marketing website. Medical evaluations take place on a separate, secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal operated by Stealth Health. Health questionnaires, medical history, lab results, and other clinical information you provide during your evaluation are collected and maintained by Stealth Health under its own Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices. LeoCore Health, LLC does not have access to your clinical records. We do not sell health information or use it for advertising. Please do not submit health information through our website contact forms. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy.
