Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about LeoCore Health's telehealth programs — from getting started to what happens after your first visit.
GETTING STARTED
Is LeoCore Health completely online?
Yes. Everything happens online — from your medical evaluation to provider review to delivery of your treatment if prescribed. There are no waiting rooms or in-person visits required.
How do I get started?
Visit app.liveleocore.com, choose the treatment area you're interested in, and complete a secure online medical intake form. A licensed provider will review your information and determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.
What states does LeoCore serve?
LeoCore Health is available in all 50 states. Our telehealth model means you can access care from home, wherever you live in the United States.
Who are the providers?
Consultations, evaluations, and prescriptions are handled by independent licensed healthcare providers who apply their own clinical judgment. LeoCore Health is a non-clinical partner: we connect you with those providers and licensed pharmacies, but we do not diagnose, prescribe, or dispense medication ourselves.
Do I need to be an existing patient to use LeoCore?
No. You do not need an existing relationship with a provider or a referral to get started. Simply complete the online intake and a licensed provider will review your case.
THE TELEHEALTH VISIT
How does the medical evaluation work?
You'll complete a secure online questionnaire covering your health history, current medications, and wellness goals. A licensed medical provider reviews your answers and may follow up with additional questions before making a treatment decision.
Will I definitely receive a prescription?
No. Submitting a questionnaire or making a payment does not guarantee treatment. Your provider decides what is medically appropriate based on your individual health information. Treatment is only prescribed when it is clinically suitable for you.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification is required before a prescription can be written. This step confirms that the prescription is issued to the correct person and is a standard requirement for telehealth prescribing.
Can I talk to my provider after I start treatment?
Yes. Once you are enrolled, you can message your care team through your patient portal with questions about your treatment, medication, or progress. For urgent medical concerns, please contact your local emergency services.
PRICING & PAYMENT
How much does treatment cost?
Pricing depends on the treatment and plan you select. You will see clear, transparent pricing before you check out — there are no hidden fees. Visit our Pricing page for a full breakdown of current program costs.
Does insurance cover LeoCore programs?
LeoCore Health programs are not billed through insurance. All programs are self-pay. We keep pricing transparent so you always know what you're paying before you commit.
Are there any subscription or auto-renewal charges?
Some programs are structured as monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. You will be informed of any recurring charges before you enroll, and you can cancel at any time (see our cancellation policy below).
MEDICATIONS & SHIPPING
Where are prescriptions filled?
Prescriptions are filled by licensed, U.S.-based compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to your door. All pharmacies used by LeoCore Health are licensed and regulated under applicable state and federal pharmacy laws.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients and have not gone through FDA premarket review for safety or effectiveness. Your provider can walk you through the potential benefits and risks before prescribing.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Treatments arrive in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the package.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by pharmacy and location. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after the prescription is approved and processed. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
SAFETY & SIDE EFFECTS
Are these treatments safe?
All treatment decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers who evaluate your individual health history before prescribing. As with any medical treatment, there are potential risks and side effects. Your provider will discuss these with you as part of the evaluation process.
What should I do if I experience side effects?
Log in to your patient portal and message your care team. For serious or life-threatening symptoms, stop the treatment and contact your local emergency services or call 911 immediately.
Can I use LeoCore treatments alongside my current medications?
Your provider will review your current medications as part of the intake process. Do not start any new treatment without disclosing your full medication list. If you have questions about interactions, ask your provider through the patient portal.
CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my program?
Yes. You can cancel your program at any time through your patient portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Please review the cancellation terms for your specific program before enrolling.
Are there refunds if I cancel?
Refund eligibility depends on the program and how far into the billing cycle you are at the time of cancellation. Medications that have already been dispensed and shipped are generally non-refundable. Contact our support team for details specific to your situation.
