Create Your Account & Intake

Create your account at app.liveleocore.com and complete a confidential health questionnaire covering your health history, goals, current medications and prior treatments. It works from your phone or computer.

Verify Your ID
1 min
Before a prescription can be written, follow the prompt in your patient portal to verify your identity with a valid government-issued photo ID. This protects you and is required for prescription care.

Provider Review
Typically 2–5 days
A licensed U.S. provider reviews your intake through a telehealth visit. They may message you with follow-up questions or request labs if clinically appropriate, so keep an eye on your portal, texts and email.

Your Personalized Plan
1–2 days
If treatment is right for you, your provider prescribes a personalized plan with your medication, dosing schedule and instructions. This is the best time to ask about side effects, dosing or what to expect.

Pharmacy Fulfillment & Shipping
5–7 business days
Your prescription is sent to a licensed U.S. 503A/503B compounding pharmacy, prepared for you, and shipped directly to your door in discreet packaging. Track your status in your portal.

Ongoing Care & Refills
Ongoing
Use your patient portal to message your care team, request refills and dose adjustments (reviewed by your provider before anything ships), and view appointments and order status.

What to Expect in Each Program
Every program follows the same simple steps above. Here's what's specific to each one.
Peptide Therapy
Your provider selects the peptides, dosing schedule and administration method for your goals. Injectable programs include instructions, and syringes and supplies are available in the LeoCore store.
Weight Management
GLP-1 programs such as semaglutide and tirzepatide start at a low dose that your provider increases gradually over the first several weeks to support tolerability, with check-ins to adjust your plan.
Sexual Wellness
Fully confidential, with no in-person visits. Your provider may request hormone labs where appropriate, and follow-ups help fine-tune your plan. Medications ship in plain, unmarked packaging.
Healthy Aging
Longevity programs may include peptides such as NAD+ or sermorelin. Your provider reviews your progress over time and adjusts your plan as your needs change.
